Taking notes is an essential part of a successful life. It helps our brains to analyze information in a better way. Remember in school when our teachers always suggested remembering a test or a topic by writing and practicing it so may we can learn better and get good grades in exams.

Making notes helps us to:

  3. Retain vital information

It is an effective way to remember things. According to research people who made notes learn better and retain information to high level than people who learn verbally. Making notes is the major habit of most successful persons.

Make A Time Table :
Select a time slot to read books every day according to your daily routine and work.
Skip Policy :
Don’t read that stuff you don’t need or you don’t have any interest in it. Skip it and move one.

A good listener is totally focused on the speaker with an open mind. Listening is more than having good communication skills. It is about having an attitude, or a general spirit, of honoring and seeking another person’s perspective and a genuine interest in getting to know them.

You can take a break after studying for an hour. It’s important to choose the right type of activity for your study break so that you can return back fresh and focused, ready to get back to your books.

What we should do in break time?

  1. Have A Snack
    The best thing we can do in break time is to eat something. By eating we can get more energetic and attentive. It will boost our energy.
    The right kinds of snacks will improve your concentration, boost your ability to focus, and make you more productive e.g almonds, fruits, chocolates, etc.
  2. Have A Nap
    Having a nap for a short time works well. After waking up you will feel like a refilled fuel tank of a vehicle ready to continue its journey. The best length of time for a nap is 20 to 25 minutes while studying. the best thing you can do is to put an Alarm on your phone. So you can wake up at time and continue your studies.
  3. Take a Walk
    Go outside for a walk, get some fresh air you will feel fresh. It might be the last thing you feel like doing if you’re tired of studying. From fresh air, you get good positive vibes. You may take a walk on your house roof or streets.
